Mobile technologies, applications and entertainment development firm ROK Entertainment Group announced it acquired a 51 percent controlling interest in mobile video production company Fun Little Movies. Financial terms of the acquisition--a combination cash/stock deal--were not disclosed. ROK will distribute Fun Little Movies' made-for-mobile content, including short comedy films, to network operators worldwide--FLM presently boasts distribution deals with carriers including Sprint, Verizon Wireless and AT&T, as well as deals in Europe, Asia, South America and Africa.
