Chinese mobile content provider Hurray and Chinese independent television producer Enlight Media have agreed to terminate a proposed $160 million merger first announced [1] in mid-November 2007. The companies cited "a divergence in business strategies and a mutual determination that a combination would not be in their mutual interests." The deal would have created China's largest independent content provider.
