AOL announced the introduction of a new third-party mobile ad serving solution launched via the web services giant's Third Screen Media mobile advertising platform. In addition to access to multiple networks across AOL's Platform A digital advertising division, Third Screen's new mobile solution also promises tools for inventory management and distribution, including a partitioning mechanism that offers publishers a single-view overview of their complete ad inventory for allocation on any combination of ad network, subject area, location or related variable. According to AOL, Third Screen Media now boasts a mobile network spanning more than 100 premium publishers representing over 200 sites.
