Sprint and MobiTV have launched a Spanish-language mobile TV channel called En Vivo. The service offers a mix of Spanish and English programming including breaking news, sports, entertainment, music videos, weather and other live programming designed for the Hispanic community. The same content is available to those not on the Sprint VisionSM network in a Java version called MobiTV en Espanol. MobiTV assembled the channel line-up and designed much of the technology for both versions. En Vivo offerings include: Discovery en Español, ESPN Deportes, The History Channel en espanol, ¡Sorpresa!, Video Rola, AccuWeather.com, Barrio 305, Comedy Time Latino, ABC News Now, Fashion TV, MAXX Deportes, ShortsTV Corto, V40 Caliente!, El Mic Hip Hop, SHIFT Alternativo and CHAOS Extremo. Both versions cost $9.99 per month.
