Four months after announcing its reorganization [1], NBC Universal Digital Studio will unveil its first multi-platform series Gemini Division on August 18. The 50-minisode sci-fi series, which stars Rosario Dawson and Justin Hartley, will premiere on NBC.com and SciFi.com as well as its own dedicated microsite, GeminiDivision.com [2], in addition to NBC Mobile, video-on-demand services and gaming platforms. Advertisers including Intel, Cisco, Microsoft, Acura and UPS are integrated into the Gemini Division storyline, about a vice cop (Dawson) who discovers a race of artificial life forms.
