Capcom's mobile division has purchased mobile game developer and publisher Cosmic Infinity. Cosmic's developers can now create games based on Capcom properties like Mega Man and Resident Evil, while Capcom acquires rights to Cosmic properties like the North American mobile rights to Who Want to be a Millionaire? Financial details are not available, but Cosmic will continue to operate out of its Canadian office as a subsidiary of Capcom USA. Capcom is an old name in the gaming business but is a relative newcomer to the mobile space. The company created its mobile division in November 2005 and published several games based on its classic arcade titles.
