The Mobile App Turkeys of 2009

With more than 100,000 iPhone and iPod touch applications in Apple's App Store, it goes without saying there are more than a few duds; some apps are boring, some are derivative and others are just plain confusing. But every now and then an application comes along that is so ill-conceived and so patently stupid that its very existence boggles the mind, especially given Apple's draconian approval standards. And with Thanksgiving coming next week, what better time to sacrifice some of these turkeys? So here they are: The best of the worst, the dumbest of the dumb--the Mobile App Turkeys of 2009.
