Name: Rio Caraeff

Why they were a mobile content leader: Caraeff cut his teeth in the wireless content world when he was the vice president of wireless for Sony Digital Pictures. At this position he was known for creating successful mobile content cross promotions for popular Sony movies such as "Spider-Man."

Career path: Caraeff left Sony Digital Pictures to launch Universal Mobile Music in 2005. He was the general manager of that division and also the executive vice president of eLabs, which handles Universal's e-commerce activities, until May of this year when he was named president and CEO of Vevo.
