Its current status: According to Roundbox CEO Dennis Specht, the application has been very successful, and is now just one element of the company's larger mobile broadcast suite of services. Indeed, he said the technology has been sold to a number of broadcasters who support mobile DTV. The company also just launched its own iPhone app, and plans to support other smartphone platforms.
