2ergo acquires Proteus

Washington D.C.-based mobile content company Proteus sold to the U.K.-listed 2ergo Group for an undisclosed sum. Proteus' clients included Disney, Fox, HBO and NBC Universal and its mobile solutions power clips from The Sopranos, Sex and the City and mobisode series Flatland. 2ergo said the acquisition will give it a foothold in the Americas since Proteus has offices in Washington DC, New York and Buenos Aires.
