Ad Infuse, Minick do ad-funded video on Swisscom

Mobile advertising solutions provider Ad Infuse and interactive mobile applications and infrastructure solutions developer Minick announced the launch of an ad-supported video service available via Swisscom Mobile. Swisscom will make available video-on-demand content bookended by 10 to 20 second ad clips--the pilot launch includes a comedy channel, with music, sports and additional content categories to follow. With over 4.6 million subscribers, Swisscom is Switzerland's largest mobile operator; international brands including Canon, Peugeot and Sony-Ericsson have already signed up to support the new video service.
