In addition, the service simplifies ad creation by automatically developing the creative and provides reporting on the impressions allocated by developers to the exchange and the number of downloads generated, offering programmers detailed control over the ratio of exchange ads versus paid ads running in their software.
AdMob notes it will allocate iPhone Download Exchange ad inventory among exchange members according to the quantity and quality of the inventory each developer contributes, as well as what the firm calls the "installiness" of an application. AdMob adds it will carefully monitor and optimize the exchange in an effort to deliver optimal results for all members.
