Amobee extends ad solution to iPhone, Android

Tools

Mobile advertising solutions provider Amobee Media Systems released its Handset Application Programming Interface for Apple's iPhone and Google's Android mobile OS, bolstering HAPI's existing support for BREW, J2ME, BlackBerry and Symbian handsets. According to Amobee, the HAPI enables operators to serve advertising impressions into iPhone and Android applications via the same ad-serving solution that supports ad delivery to their WAP, mobile video and mobile messaging initiatives while also providing developers and publishers new channels to monetize their efforts. The Amobee HAPI supports textual, graphical and video advertisements and promises data analysis metrics on specific interactions like click to call, click to SMS and click to browse.
