Android app revenues climb 43%, Distimo reports

Android developers may be narrowing the gap on their iOS counterparts, based on a global survey of app store activity over the last four months of 2012 by app analytics firm Distimo. After looking at downloads across more than 20 countries to gauge the growth and effectiveness of the major app distribution sources, Distimo reported that daily revenue for Apple's App Store saw an aggregated increase in daily revenue of 21 percent.
