AskMeNow finds answer on Alltel

Alltel Wireless announced an agreement with mobile lifestyle network AskMeNow to introduce its query-based intelligent search service. AskMeNow enables users to submit 5W-type questions and receive answers via mobile device, and is available to all Alltel subscribers with or without smartphone devices for either $1.99 per month or 25 cents per query. "Alltel's decision to support AskMeNow validates how integral the service is for customers who want instant answers and personalized content--no matter where they are," said AskMeNow CEO Darryl Cohen in a prepared statement.
