Boost Mobile launches Re-Boost account app on Facebook
Sprint Nextel's (NYSE:S) no-contract subsidiary Boost Mobile is rolling out Re-Boost, a new application enabling consumers to help fund their wireless services by soliciting financial contributions from their Facebook friends.

With Re-Boost, subscribers can add money to their Boost Mobile account via Facebook, request gifts from their entire network of friends, send customized emails asking designated friends for assistance, and send Re-Boost gifts to fellow Boost customers. Users may also review their last 10 Re-Boost requests and gifts.
Boost Mobile offers subscribers unlimited voice, text messaging, web access and email starting at $50 per month. Consumers can also opt for unlimited packages offering Android smartphones ($55 per month) and BlackBerry devices ($60 per month).
