buzzd expands city guide to Android

Real-time social city guide buzzd announced its mobile application is now available across Google's Android platform, promising users local nightlife information compiled from over half a million users as well as Twitter and other sources. According to buzzd, the Android app boasts all the features of its iPhone counterpart, including the buzzdmeter, which offers real-time measurement of activity at popular bars, restaurants and nightclubs in a particular metro area, as well as venue ratings, comment sharing and social networking features like user profile and photo sharing. In addition, buzzd announced new versions of its iPhone, BlackBerry, mobile web and desktop applications enabling Facebook and Twitter integration.
