Critical Path scoops up ShoZu

Messaging applications and enterprise solutions provider Critical Path announced its acquisition of social media hub ShoZu. Financial details were not disclosed. The patented ShoZu solution enables users to exchange video, images and commentary between mobile devices and social networks, photo-sharing sites and information resources, promising one-click uploads from handsets to the web. ShoZu's manufacturer partners include Samsung and Motorola.
