Digby acquires mobile commerce firm Movaya

Mobile commerce solutions provider Digby announced its acquisition of mobile storefront software developer Movaya Wireless. Financial terms were not disclosed. Movaya focuses on building digital goods storefront applications for iPhone, Android and the mobile web--its Platform M product enables developers and content providers to create branded storefronts incorporating a set of self-service technologies. Movaya adds that Platform M is integrated into various carrier-based billing systems including AT&T, Verizon Wireless and T-Mobile USA.
