Digital Chocolate raises $18M in third round

Digital Chocolate has nearly doubled its venture capital funding with a $18.03 million third round, led by new investors Bridgescale Partners, Outlook Ventures and Montagu Newhall Associates. Return backers Kleiner Perkins Caufield & Byers, Sequoia Capital and Sutter Hill Ventures also contributed. The new funding brings the company's total to $40 million since its advent in 2003.
