Mobile gaming kingpin EA Mobile launched NCAA Football, its first title optimized for Apple's new iPhone 4, released Thursday. According
to EA Mobile, NCAA Football was designed expressly to leverage the new smartphone's Retina display, which boasts 326dpi resolution--gamers can choose among 55 popular collegiate programs or create their own team to pursue a shot at the BCS National Championship. In addition to multiplayer head-to-head competition, NCAA Football also features broadcast commentary from ESPN commentators Lee Corso and Kirk Herbstreit.
EA Mobile states that it currently accounts for 12 of the top 20 iPhone applications featured on Apple's Top Grossing Apps countdown. Through June 28, the firm is offering a "Faster. Better.
