eBuddy Pro debuts on iPhone

Messaging solutions provider eBuddy announced the launch of a premium, advertising-free instant messaging application optimized for Apple's iPhone and iPod touch. Priced at $4.99, eBuddy Pro promises multi-network IM across services including AIM, Facebook Chat, ICQ, Gtalk, MySpace, Windows Live Messenger and Yahoo Messenger--its aggregated interface boasts features including three-day push notifications for incoming messages, photo sharing and touch-based switching between chats. More than 2.5 million unique monthly users currently use eBuddy's free, ad-subsidized IM app for iPhone and iPod touch, which has ranked among the top 10 social networking applications in 76 of 77 App Store countries since its July 2009 introduction.
