Ericsson to develop and host 3Music

Ericsson announced it has been selected by 3 to develop and host the operator's 3Music mobile music service in Sweden and Denmark. Per terms of the deal, Ericsson will oversee end-to-end responsibility including systems integration, operations and development of new features, promising 3's 885,000 Danish and Swedish mobile subscribers seamless access to full tracks, ring tones, wallpapers and downloads from a host of international and local record labels. Ericsson will assume control of 3Music in the first quarter of 2008.
