FLO TV adds MTV Networks veteran Alice Kim
Qualcomm's FLO TV mobile broadcast unit announced the appointment of Alice Kim to the newly-formed position of senior vice president of strategy and corporate development. Kim will be charged with overseeing strategic development initiatives for the FLO TV mobile service. Kim--named one of FierceWireless' Top Women in Wireless in 2008--most recently served as senior vice president of digital distribution at MTV Networks, where she headed strategy and revenue development across the media giant's 17 on-air and digital brands, including MTV, VH1, Nickelodeon and Comedy Central. She previously served as vice president of business development with mobile marketing firm Enpocket, and began her career in investment banking with Dean Witter Reynolds.
