Flycell debuts WAP content portal

Mobile and online media firm Flycell launched Flycell 2.0, a digital entertainment website and WAP portal delivering audio, video and interactive content over multiple media platforms. According to Flycell, the site includes exclusive and original, on-demand video programming and interactive applications as well as MP3-quality ringtones, the latter the result of a new content agreement with Universal Music Group. All music, games, video and related content will be available via Flycell's new "Club Pack" subscription service. The company is also planning to roll out new services including a mobile and online dating community, user-generated content services, gaming competitions and location-based services. - Jason
