GlobalFun acquires Bryo's mobile gaming arm

Mobile entertainment publisher GlobalFun announced its acquisition of Italian gaming distributor Bryo's mobile division. Per terms of the deal, GlobalFun assumes control of Bryo's current mobile game titles, catalogue and distribution channels. "GlobalFun has, through its global organization, a good and solid organization in place," said Bryo CEO Pietro Montelatici in a prepared statement.
