Glu Mobile inks D2C game sales deal with Movaya

Mobile gaming publisher Glu Mobile announced a direct-to-consumer sales agreement to integrate mobile commerce service provider Movaya's PlugNPlay and TryNBuy solutions into its website properties. "The move allows customers to sample games and stay informed on updates and new offers, and more importantly, creates a new distribution channel to generate additional revenue for Glu," said Movaya CEO Phil Yerkes in a prepared statement. According to Glu, Madagascar: Escape 2 Africa, The Dark Knight and Family Feud are already available for purchase from the Glu.com site, and additional titles will be added in the weeks ahead.
