go2 Media, Zvents team for local music portal

Mobile content firm go2 Media and local search engine Zvents announced an agreement to create go2 Music, a mobile portal promising both national coverage and regional concert recommendations. go2 Music combines go2's nationwide local editorial network with Zvents' local event listings. Mobile users visiting the portal can set their location to browse new music reviews, headlines, venue information and local concert picks as well as search for nearby events. According to go2, its free, advertiser-supported services now reach more than a million mobile consumers in every major U.S. market.
