Google intros AdWords services for iPhone and G1

Tools

Google announced advertisers across its AdWords platform can now tailor their campaigns for Apple's iPhone, T-Mobile USA's Android-powered G1 and other mobile devices boasting full HTML web browsers. While Google already boasts mobile-targeted advertising services, the new campaign-level option enables brands to seamlessly translate their marketing efforts to the mobile platform without creating mobile landing pages or revamping their ads into mobile formats. On the Official Google Mobile Blog, Mobile Ads team product marketing manager Alexandra Kenin writes "The ads will have many of the same benefits as our standard mobile ads, such as the delivery of mobile-specific calls-to-action and reaching mobile users that are searching with their phones more than ever--especially during the holiday season."
