Handmark spins off social apps biz OneLouder

Mobile applications developer Handmark is spinning off its social media apps and ad services group under the name OneLouder (a tribute to the classic comedy film This Is Spinal Tap.) OneLouder's mobile app catalog includes TweetCaster for Twitter and FriendCaster for Facebook, both available for iOS and Android--the firm promises new apps for iPad, BlackBerry and Symbian in the weeks ahead.
