Handmark unveils TweetCaster for BlackBerry

Mobile media solutions provider Handmark announced the release of TweetCaster, a free Twitter application available exclusively for BlackBerry smartphones. Promising twice as many features as rival BlackBerry or mobile web-based Twitter solutions, TweetCaster--available for all RIM smartphones with a trackball as well as the touchscreen BlackBerry Storm device--offers toggling between multiple accounts, URL shortening, photo sharing, one-step @reply and retweet capabilities, GPS locator and real-time trending topics list.
