ImpreMedia, 4INFO team on mobile alerts
Online and print news and information firm ImpreMedia announced a partnership with mobile messaging services provider 4INFO to deliver free mobile services to the U.S. Hispanic population. ImpreMedia and 4INFO will partner on ad-supported Spanish-language mobile alerts spotlighting the latest news in entertainment, sports and politics--ImpreMedia will promote the service across all its publications, among them La Opinión and El Diario La Prensa, as well as its new Internet portal. According to a recent Mobile Marketing Association survey, the 26 million U.S. Hispanic wireless subscribers use their phones more frequently and embrace more mobile features than their general market counterparts.
