Island Def Jam debuts new WAP portal

Island Def Jam Music Group and mobile content and community solutions provider netomat announced the launch of the IDJ Mobile WAP portal. Powered by netomat's Mobility Platform, the WAP site promises news, photos and tour info for IDJ artists including Kanye West, Mariah Carey, Janet Jackson, Rihanna and Fall Out Boy, with new content and acts scheduled to follow--IDJ Mobile will also offer interactive community tools to keep fans connected to their favorite artists. A premium subscription offer is slated to include content exclusive to the IDJ Mobile portal.
