Mobile entertainment provider Jamba (a.k.a. Jamster) announced a global partnership with browser development firm Opera Software to add a Jamba bookmark on the Opera Mini customized mobile browser homepage, enabling users direct access to products including music, games, video and related mobile applications. The Jamba bookmark promises Opera Mini users one-click access to the mobile entertainment firm's WAP site, which houses original web programming as well as content from fellow News Corp. subsidiary Fox Mobile Entertainment Network, including The Simpsons, 24 and Nip/Tuck. The first phase of the Jamba/Opera partnership spans more than a dozen countries, among them the U.K., Germany, Spain, Italy and Australia.
