Jumptap teams with offline data partners to boost ad targeting

Mobile ad network Jumptap will partner with off-line data providers Acxiom, Datalogix, Polk and TargusInfo to improve mobile campaign targeting. Jumptap will leverage anonymous purchased-based data in key verticals like retail, consumer packaged goods and loyalty while also indexing automotive data, U.S. household information and related resources. All data partners are in compliance with Jumptap's privacy standards, which require that users are given notice and choice about how their personal data will be used. Jumptap adds that it recently collaborated with a major auto advertiser to target campaigns according to ZIP codes, with one campaign experiencing an 85 percent lift over control campaigns not using data targeting. Release
