Kyte ties up $15 million in Series B

Social communications platform developer Kyte announced the completion of a $15 million Series B financing round led by Telefónica, with Nokia Growth Partners and DoCoMo Capital also participating. According to Kyte, the investment will galvanize the development and distribution of its platform, which enables partners to offer subscribers the means to share pictures and video from mobile phones or the web and instantly broadcast content to multiple destinations like websites, blogs, social networks and other mobile devices.
