Lara Croft swings into mobile

Few videogame characters are as ubiquitously well-known as Laura Croft from the Tomb Raider franchise. InfoSpace has struck a deal with publisher Eidos to bring Croft and a range of other well-known titles to mobile platforms. They include the Hitman series, Championship Manager, and Thief. The games will be developed for international distribution. These are big-name console-based game titles that will certainly grab the attention of the gamer community. The challenge will be managing expectations. Fans are used to interacting with Croft, and Hitman's Agent 47 on the much-more-robust console platform. Trying to replicate that experience on a mobile phone will be tricky.
