LiveWire intros web service APIs for ringbacks

Managed mobile personalization services provider LiveWire Mobile announced the introduction of a new standards-based web service for ringback tones, promising seamless integration for customers to roll out off-portal, advertising and content bundling solutions. According to LiveWire, the web service provides APIs enabling application partners to remotely manage subscriber accounts, content and assignments--in addition, an HTTP/XML catalog feed function opens up the on-portal ringback catalog to revenue channels like third party sellers, off-portal storefronts and advertising initiatives.
