LocaModa powers Beck text promotion

Mobile social platform provider LocaModa announced an agreement with out-of-home interactive entertainment network TouchTunes to promote via text the digital pre-release of Modern Guilt, the latest LP from electronic pop dilettante Beck. Beginning July 1, a week before the Danger Mouse-produced album drops at retail, TouchTunes will sneak preview Modern Guilt at digital jukeboxes across the U.S.--in addition to promoting the effort on social networking sites including Facebook, iLike and MySpace, TouchTunes will partner with LocaModa to launch a text campaign enabling Beck fans to respond to a short code and receive information on the nearest participating digital jukebox location.
