Millennial Media's U.S. audience reach tops 60 million

Millennial Media's mobile advertising network now reaches more than 60 million unique U.S. subscribers, translating to 82 percent of the nation's 73.3 million mobile web users, according to the firm's latest Scorecard for Mobile Advertising Reach and Targeting. Average monthly page views nevertheless declined in April to 122, down from 130 in March, and average user session time slipped to 4:43.

Portals and Directories led vertical mobile advertising spend last month, followed by Entertainment, Telecommunications, Travel and Finance. Traffic to site represents 38 percent of the overall campaign destination mix, edging past custom landing pages at 37 percent--application downloads make up 19 percent, with rich media expand rounding out the remaining 6 percent.
