Mobile Streams launches Ringtones.com in U.S.

Mobile content retailer Mobile Streams announced the U.S. launch of its off-portal Ringtones.com effort, promising subscribers access to more than 20,000 licensed MP3 and polyphonic ringtones from more than 500 different publishers, labels and content suppliers. The digital store, powered by Mobile Streams' MultiMobi technology platform, also boasts a selection of graphics and games--mobile web solutions provider Bango will oversee related payment services. Mobile Streams previously launched Ringtones.com stores in the U.K. and Argentina.
