Mobispine acquires NewsAlloy

Mobile web news and content aggregator Mobispine announced its acquisition of web-based feed reader NewsAlloy, a move the firm says will improve and accelerate access to RSS feeds on both mobile phones and PCs. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed. The free Mobispine application aggregates web content and information transmitted by RSS feed, with updates delivered according to changes in a news article or blog; NewsAlloy's AJAX driven intuitive user interface requires zero refresh time, promising unlimited news archiving with intuitive organization of folders and integration with social media sites. The NewsAlloy service also includes features like sharing, pinning, tags and key shortcuts.
