Monstermob in takeover talks with Zed

British mobile content provider Monstermob, the subject of takeover rumors for several months, confirmed it is in talks for a potential acquisition by Spanish rival LaNetro Zed. The announcement comes weeks after Monstermob said it was unlikely to receive a takeover proposal worthy of recommendation to shareholders. Monstermob added that it would continue restructuring plans while waiting for Zed to make an official offer.
