MSN, UK carrier 3 team for mobile blogging

MSN has signed an exclusive three-month deal with U.K. wireless carrier 3 to create a mobile blogging channel on the operator's SeeMeTV mobile TV service. MSN will provide its MSN Spaces online blogging service team to work on the project. SeeMeTV is a mobile channel that shows and pays for customer-created content. Users of the service send in video clips and the top 10 clips are posted online for a vote from their peers. The clips with the most votes at the end of the week will get £100, and the overall winner gets £1,000. I'm assuming the overall winner is the one with the most votes at the end of the three months, but this is not clear from my source.
