MTV bows mobile trivia game

Eager to promote its European music awards show, MTV has launched a mobile trivia game quizzing players on their knowledge of celebrities, music, MTV programs, and of course--the awards show itself. Titled "MTV Europe Music Awards 2006," it's very much wearing its adver-game status on its sleeve. High scores will be posted online, and top winners have a chance to win tickets to the November 2nd event. The game is available in 12 European countries.
