Tools

According to a report in Financial Times, MySpace has its eye on expanding to 11 countries throughout Europe and Asia. The U.K., France and Germany are the next likely targets, and long-term markets include China and India. The company also announced the addition of David Fischer as managing director for the U.K. and Europe. Fischer previously served as the founder and CEO of Xlantic Group, a music marketing company. News Corp. bought the social networking site MySpace, which now claims 86 million users, last year for $580 million.
