Myxer forges mobile content alliance with Warner Music Group

Mobile entertainment destination Myxer announced a strategic agreement with Warner Music Group. Per terms of the partnership, WMG will promote content like full-length tracks, music videos, ringtones and images to Myxer users in the U.S. and Canada. The deal also gives Warner acts access to the Myxer MobileStage customizable mobile website solution, which includes fan-list management features, advanced data analytics, messaging and related marketing tools to help artists and labels connect with fans. In conjunction with the launch of MobileStage's new WMG channel, Warner acts like B.o.B, Flo Rida, Iyaz, Jason Derulo, Paramore and Sean Paul will offer listeners a free mobile wallpaper with the purchase of a ringtone. According to Myxer, its 34 million unique users download more than 90 million pieces of content per month.
