Namco Bandai announces Euro mobile division

Game developer Namco Bandai today announced the formation of a new European mobile content division. Dubbed Namco Bandai Networks Europe, the division will focus exclusively on bringing classic titles like "Pac-Man" and "Tamagotchi" to wireless channels, and will also publish mobile content created specifically for the European market. Namco Bandai Networks Europe will be charged with overseeing all facets of the company's European mobile strategy, including the i-mode sites "Pac-Man Arcade" and "Bandai Pocket."
