NMS Communications launches LiveWire Mobile

Communications platform provider NMS Communications announced the formation of LiveWire Mobile, a new subsidiary promising to deliver mobile personalization services to operators. According to NMS, LiveWire Mobile combines its Infuse Personalization Platform, an end-to-end service delivery platform spanning user experience, content management, personalization engines and targeted marketing tools, along with the firm's Achieve Marketing Services strategies, which emphasize pre- and post-launch support for subscriber service adoption and usage. NMS added LiveWire Mobile's ringback service is already deployed across over 30 operator decks worldwide, with plans to launch new services including additional ringback offerings as well as messaging and subscriber-focused personalization services. "Our offerings are unique in giving subscribers the ability to create their own mobile identity and mobile experience by combining communications with personalization," said LiveWire Mobile president Joel Hughes in a prepared statement. "People are talking and texting more than ever before.  Our services allow subscribers to simply personalize their everyday communications, and in doing so create new revenue opportunities for operators."
