Nokia enters the Mosh pit
Weeks after acquiring personal media sharing platform provider Twango, Nokia is preparing to introduce Mosh (a.k.a. "Mobilize and Share"), the first mobile social network created by a handset maker. A cross-platform service that promises to bridge the gap between mobile and PC social networking, Mosh will enable users to upload, share, collect and download a variety of personal and premium media--subscribers may also browse other user accounts and share content with friends. Additional details on Mosh, still in beta, are scarce--the service is now open to the Forum Nokia community at http://mosh.nokia.mobi.
